Returns:

In order to preserve the quality of our products and conform to TGA policy, we cannot accept returns on the following goods: Expired goods, special order items, dangerous goods, refrigerated products, tampered products or original seals broken or damaged.

Please inspect your goods thoroughly once received in case of damage in transit or shortage and report any incidences to us immediately on 07 5597 4169.

Order Errors:

Claims due to order packing or computer errors must be reported within two business days of receipt and are returnable for full credit at our freight expense.

Controlled Substances:

Order requests must be sent on an order form with a Pharmacists full name and signature.
