Suppository Bases

 

Supposibase-F (Fattibase)
Pellet form suppository base made from highly refined, hydrogenated and deodorised vegetable oils, predominantly palm kernel oil. Exhibits excellent physical and chemical stability as well as resistance to oxidation and minimal polymorphism. Melting point: 34-47 C.
Consists of a blend of C10-18 triglycerides.  Does not contain any PEG’s

Troche Bases

Troche Base Sugar Free
A free flowing, pre-sweetened powder, easily weighed and convenient to work with. The ingredients are released slowly and uniformly, producing a pleasant taste. Troche Base is a polyethylene glycol base sweetened with Stevia 90% and Acesulfame Potassium that was developed to be easy to work with, easily administered, and widely compatible. Both water soluble liquid and powder flavours can be readily incorporated into the base.
